Plankton

Many organisms start their lives as plankton.
~Johnathan

Today we did a little research about what national parks are, where Cumberland Island is, and ocean organisms. Johnathan was really interested in the plankton. We learned that there are two types of plankton, phytoplankton and zooplankton.

Our Plans

I am so excited about our upcoming trip to Cumberland Island National Seashore!
Johnathan and I are going to post things we research before we go and then we are going to post our thoughts and pictures while we are there. My goal is that Johnathan does most of the writing because I think this will be a great learning experience for him as we travel, learn and discover together.
